How to Change Owners Corporation Manager

If you’re not happy with your current Owners Corporation Manager, you can change to Ross-Hunt using the following steps.

Get a copy of your strata services contract of appointment.

Contact Ross-Hunt to get a quote. We will be happy to talk you through the process.

Organise an Owners Corporation committee meeting. (Alternatively, you can invite all owners to a Special General Meeting or arrange a postal ballot ).

Conduct a vote to appoint Ross-Hunt as the new Owners Corporation manager. You will need more than 50% of the committee to vote in favour of the change.
