We are proud to introduce our new Owners Portal and mobile app Stratafy. Please note access to the old myStrata portal is no longer available.

Our online portal gives owners the ability to :

  • View your levies and statement

  • Log maintenance requests

  • View Minutes, AGM Notices & other Owners Corporation related documents

  • View the property noticeboard and any building announcements

In addition to the reports above, Committee members are able to view Live Financial Reports including;

  • Statement of Financial Performance

  • Detailed Expenses

  • Statement of Financial Position

  • Aged Arrears List
